I guess all it would serve to do is push out those who were hanging onto those Wu's by a thread. I dont know what kinda machine but if someone was just barely able to make the deadlines on them before (dont think the ppd would work out to be too good being that slow) then they no longer will make the deadlines, leaving more wu's for the 4p's.
