Many people might bash this but I personally like to run my PSU's between 40%-60% of its max at most.
I personally believe from past research this prolongs the life of my PSU. The PSU is of course one of the most important parts of the system as I was quoted as saying before it can be like a marriage its your best friend if you treat her well but if you divorce her she likes to try to take a lot with her.
This is just my personal preference and yes the current PSU you have will power that stuff but I would probably look at selling and upgrading personally. (The PSU I mean!)
