Did the OP solve it? "System is Busy?" What message is that originating from?

Windows, more often than not, doesn't care about what is on the drive... Ubuntu or Windows, but sure shouldn't matter if Ubuntu is on there.

Maybe, he needs to check the boot order.... maybe it was changed before?

Make sure it's CD/DVD first, then HDD. Also, W7 disc needs to be a genuine install disc.

The OP's problem sounds fishy. Doesn't make sense that you'd have trouble with Ubuntu installed and inserting a Win7 install disc.
