I respectfully disagree. If you're on a budget to pinch every last dollar, 1333 will do you just fine.

The cost difference between 1333 CL9 and 1600 CL9 is not that large and if you have the extra money you might have a better 'feeling' about your PC with the faster RAM.

Look here for some more detailed numbers to help you decide.
