Definitely not. I'm not sure why someone would think a laptop is a POS because it can't play games. I had a Lenovo U450p a year and a half ago for school. Low-voltage, low-MHz CPU and Intel 4500MHD integrated GPU. It was purchased for the small-form factor, weight, battery life, etc. It was meant to be a mobile school/multimedia machine and it worked great because that's what it was intended for. Why would I want to hull around a large, heavy, loud, etc. gaming laptop for that purpose?

By the way, from a pure ergonomic and user-input point-of-view, I've always found Lenovo to be a cut above the rest. Even the Vaio Z I owned for awhile didn't feel as good as my U450p and other Lenovo machines I have tried.
