That is still an Engineering Sample. The retail Bulldozer should be around 130-140W max for the FX-8130P/8150P.
ES is not a good indication of the final product because there are also rumors of Intel's Ivy Bridge ES running at 1.8GHz @ 0.928V. If I were to consider it legit, wouldn't it be a disappointment for IB?
