Absolutely not. No.

2011 is for Sandy Bridge E which is meant to replace high end processors like the 990X and higher end 4-core, 8 thread processors. Anything lower would be pointless since that section of the market is currently taken by the regular Sandy Bridge models, headlined by the 2600K.

As to why there won't be lower-priced processors for 2011 for the time being, Ivy Bridge will succeed Sandy Bridge next year and will once again bring higher end XE series processors to 2011 and high performance, mainstream and entry level products to 1155.
