That does look like a nicer case and i can vouch for silverstone's build quality in their HTPC cases.
I'm not sure if you're aware but you'd only be able to put a fan ontop of that, that heatsink used is actually covering 2 chips, not just one, meaning you can't go out and buy an after market heatsink for it.
