Trying to water cool non-reference cards is difficult (seems especially difficult with AMD cards); as the cards' GPU core designs are completely different from reference.
You could install a universal waterblock, then add RAM heatsinks...but this probably not what you're looking for; there is still the possibility of water cooling the HD6970's you're thinking of purchasing, one place to go to get an idea of which waterblock to purchase is here then go to to get the best deals in Canada DazMode, Canadian PC Water Cooling and Modding Store you can also email Daz directly for more information.
