I agree to a certain extent but as was said in the review, the issues with 25nm NAND on THIS DRIVE boil down to nothing but hot air. As you can see, performance is in no way lower than expected while through-life endurance limits won't be hit unless it's used in an environment where it shouldn't be in the first place.

Our entire point was that OCZ's slip-up with past drives and the implementation of 25nm NAND gave them a bad rap. However, the Vertex 3 doesn't display ANY of the perceived pitfalls.
