Details: I shipped the RAM on March 1 and now it's april 19 and still no sign from it. G.skill tell me it have been shipped via USPS Cheap regular shipping so no one have any idea if the RAM is still in transit or have been lost. Now I'm trying to get a replacement. Also seems that there is like only 1 CS representative since I always talk to the same person which always take 2-3 day to reply.

Satisfaction : 4. The RMA form is easy but it stop here. Terrible lack of communication and shipping via non-insured USPS is the worst idea ever. Ended buying new ram because I have no idea if I will ever see some replaecment at my door.
