Thanks! sswilson suggested the same thing- I did have one fan running as well, but I think a secons psu is the best way to go- I hooked to a jumper on my other computer.
I lugged the finished product back up two flights of stairs and MAN it's surprising how much heavier the computer is with a quart of water and a two-inch thick radiator on top.
