Budget build for parents

For parents / business', I typically recommend the Cooler Master Elite 330 case. It's just a simple case, not flashy and priced right.
With the $15 saved on the case, I would do what dma said - go with 2x2 gig DDR3 1600 ram.

I would stick with the Gigabyte motherboard you chose, i'd pick Gigabyte over Asrock any day of the week.
edit: yeah, the CM 370 is good too. (didn't see that in the post above earlier)
