Your PSU is big enough but you could go for 2GBx2 instead of 2x1GB. That motherboard has 2 RAM slots only and extra RAM would be better. 2GB is a small amount these days as Windows 7 64 bit can easily idle at 800MB of RAM. Since this is a build for your parents I don't think they would be picky about having a good casing like the HAF series. An Elite series would be good enough if you want to consider balancing your budget to add that extra 2GB of RAM. A cheaper ASRock H61 board would save some bucks as well.
