Well I can't get exact numbers for you, as everyone has different variables like ambient temps and stuff, but I would say full load temps with the CPU, GPU and chipset would be somewhere around here:
CPU - mid 50's Load (guessing 1.4-1.5V)
GPU - 45 Load
Chipset - 35-38 Load
These are roughly the temps I am getting, with a Lesser RAD setup, as well as a lesser CPU block. If anything, your temps should be better.
*Edit - Yes, you hand the rad off the Back of the case with the Radbox, on the rear 120mm fan. like in this pic.
