I've got one up, but there's a couple hoops to get into it and I don't think it's the kind of server you're looking for. I've got it running through Hamachi because there's a few of my group who are too cheap to pay for the damn thing, and there's also no risk of griefers. We just spawn shit and build pretty much. If you are interested though I could send you guys the Hamachi download link and the info (using Hamachi 1.0.1.5, I find it easier)
