Details: Unstable o/c on the card, contacted support first to try and get a fix without RMA, then phoned for possible cross-ship RMA (but they were out of stock). This initial experience was slow (they said they would send me an RMA # but didn't, took 2 days to phone me back instead of 1). After I decided RMA was the only way to go, I created my own RMA # and shipped at my convenience. Got a replacement card that works perfectly (although I had asked to get downgraded to a stock card and they forgot to, after telling me they would).
Satisfaction: 9 (would be a 10 except for communication issues)
