All drives back from RMA come sealed in an anti static bag but if it is refurbished or re-certified then it will say on the label. I know with Seagate that it even has a teal coloured boarder on the label.
The warranty on my WD product is wrong. How can I update, correct, or extend the warranty on my WD product? Warranty on the replacement product is shorter than the warranty on the original product
