he wants it brand new,amd quad(athlon II quad will do unless you find a phenom II quad at the same price or something),small(er) case, 4 gigs of ram will do,1tb hdd wd, its got to be new. i can build him one but the shipping ppl i dont fully trust with a tower lol.
