You can also access the web command page as outlined in the sticky. That way, you can select the auto startup with bigadv and smp options.
FYI if the vm is running, you can access the vm machine and its drives as you would any shared machine. The shared machine is called FAH...just go to "Network" in Win7 and you will see the machine in there.
Tried dropping in the zipped file in the hopes the vm machine would automatically extract it. Didn't work, but I'm trying a quick couple of other things before our guests arrive for the night.
