NCIX has the more expensive version of the two models for $250 on their website.
That is what I have and it sort of does line conditioning as you can set max and min voltage on it. Anything outside of that range will kick on the battery. Oh and with the newest version of their powerchute software it can track energy usage, my main machine costs about $11/month and used 157.42 kWh last month.
