My System Specs

Funny convo. I doubt you could "negotiate" with Dell for a price mark down. They're big enough to survive without your 10 grand. If you want a superior money to performance ratio, buy NCIX. If you want convenience, support, and a dent in your wallet, go with Dell. Make a logical decision and buy what you want. And really, Dell support is quite bad. First question: What's the code on the back of your PC? Second question: Did you restart your computer?

I recommend NCIX unless you're extremely worried over problems with your PC.
