Both GIGABYTE and MSI have been really good to me in terms of customer support and RMA. I actually haven't had to RMA an MSI board since the Athlon XP (SA) days, but hear good reports constantly.

GIGABYTE has always been prompt, courteous and the one time I ran into trouble (bent CPU pins) they took the time to fix them without charge.

My issues have largely been with ASUS, while I give them marks for having knowledgeable staff, I found the hoops for their RMA process to be frustrating and unintuitive.
