Don't know for sure about waterblocks, but FYI Vapor-X isn't a watercooling add on. It uses moisture in the cooling pipes, but it's a closed self-contained systems. If you try pumping coolant into it, well you'll just make a mess :D
I'd maybe check Koolance or other waterblock manufacturers, they might have something
