Default Old Pentium D 805 BSel Mod

It's a old chip which I'm now handing down to a computer that I toy with, only problem is the motherboard is a Intel P946GZIS which can't O'C through the BIOS.

I'd like to get the FSB up to 667 at the least, 800 likely is pushing it for that board. From what I've been able to locate around the web Taping off the H30 contact is supposed to send the FSB signal, but whenever i've done that I get a POST memory error where it runs fine with a FSB of 533. I know the board and the chip both were BSEL Compatible from other reports (at least each individually).

Anyone remeber Celeron D O'C that could give a tip or two?
