Abit BH6 Slot 1 Motherboard 
One of the better Slot 1 Motherboards out there by Abit. It uses the excellent SOFTmenu so no fooling with jumpers and switches, everything is done in the BIOS (a company well ahead of its time). It has a brokern retention arm that locks the CPU in the slot (brittle plastic) but I didn't have any trouble with the combination of the working retention arm and the actual CPU slot itself holding the CPU in place very securely (so much so its hard to get it out of the slot). It includes the I/O shield and even the driver disc (somewhat important since Abit is defunct and you can't get the drivers from their site anymore).

Gigabyte GA-X79-UD7 Socket 2011 Motherboard 
Very upset to have to get rid of this board but just can't justify keeping it with the changes to Intel's roadmap. The pictures don't do justice to how sharp the board looks and there are a good box full of accessories. Gigabyte's top of the line 2011 board, and 4 PCIe slots to boot. I think every accessory is included but I can't guarantee it. Also I have no way of testing it out since I haven't bought a 2011 chip yet. If it isn't functional in any way I'll refund the payment if you send it back to me.

Abit AA8 Duramax 775 Motherboard 
Very solid board but it only supports Pentium 4/Celeron D chips. It does seem to support just about any single core 800 FSB ship, it was tested using a Pentium 4 630 and worked without issue. Everything in picture is included.

ATI All-in-Wonder 2006 Edition 
THIS IS AGP SLOT! A TV tuner card for the AGP slot. I think I have all the accessories and parts. Everything shown in the picture comes with it, even the original box. It does include the remote and the wireless receiver dongle. It uses a Radeon 9600 256MB as the the video card. Tested with board below and in working condition.
