Default GB 890FXA-UD7 Mobo & OCZ Black Edition 4GB DDR3-1600 Combo ~ X6 1100T Launch Sale

To commemorate the launch of the new AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition processor, I've decided to let go of some pretty sweet AMD parts.

First and foremost, we have the Gigabyte 890FXA-UD7 motherboard that I reviewed earlier. This XL-ATX form factor motherboard features the high-end AMD 890FX chipset and supports Quad CrossFireX for ultimate GPU madness. Conversely, if you're a Folder you can probably find another use for the six PCI-E x16 slots.

It's in perfect working order, no dust, all accessories included.

Next up we have a special OCZ "AMD Black Edition" DDR3-1600 8-8-8 4GB memory kit. With the AMD OverDrive Utility, you can download the Black Edition Memory Profile (BEMP) for this kit, and it will automatically set all the timings for you. You will want to manually set 1T though, since it works fine. As a bonus, the BEMP will also increase your northbridge frequency from 2000Mhz to 2400Mhz, and your HyperTransport Link frequency from 2000Mhz to 2400Mhz as well.

The kit is half-decent at overclocking too, this was all done at the stock 1.65V. Obviously your results may vary.

When removing one of the heatspreaders I did bend one corner of the frame around the metal mesh material. It doesn't affect cooling, nor can you actually see it unless you hold it to your eye.

I'm selling these two parts as a combo for $SOLD (OBO) + actual shipping cost. EMT only.

If you have any questions, feel free to PM.
