I would go for the OCZ sticks. Both sets use Micron D9GMH's so they will likely reach similar maximum overclocks, but the OCZ warranty covers 2.3v, while the Crucial only covers 2.2v. That would give you even more overclocking headroom without even voiding the warranty. And if the 780i is anything like the 680i was with RAM, you'll want to keep that warranty.
