I think the Barracuda has been discontinued. It's a great card I had one for many years solid performer, doesn't have the bells and whistles a audiophile might enjoy but great gaming card. The real draw with the Barracuda was that it was made to work with the Barracuda Headset. I've seen them on sale at various times at NCIX and Direct Canada for anywhere between 50 and 100 dollars, so 20 is a more than fair price.

Edited to add: If you're planning to buy the sound card listed here be aware that Razer has not made a Window 7 32 or 64bit driver. Most people have had success using the Vista drivers.
