Not sure if such a thing exists, but what I'm looking for is a manual cutting tool for light metal (aluminum) and/or lexan/acrylic. The image in my mind would look something like a glass scoring tool that I can use with a straight edge (like a steel ruler) to make a fairly clean cut. I'm thinking something along the same lines as the aluminum deburring tools.
Any ideas?
