Well it's your call, some customers are nit picky like that. And if you do end up replacing it for him, I would imagine that you would have to go through your entire stock to get a perfect one for him. As you don't want to send him another imperfect one.

From a customers point of view, I would expect a replacement to keep me happy and continue shopping at your store.

But do you want a customer like that anyways? your not a big shop to keep handling those types of issues over esthetics.
