Ya I have the arrows facing up (since it's I'm using it at the top of the case), but it really doesn't seem to be blowing air out at all.
I've tried to place a light piece of paper on top to see if it'll move but it just stays there lol...
And I'm positive that the fan is spinning, so maybe I'll just try turning it upside-down and see.
