From what I heard the PC360s are between "ugly but decent" and "OVERpriced" as they are about 260USD. They say the sound a lot like a pair of hD555's that have been foam modded. In other words they sound a bit better than HD555s but not as good as HD595s (never was a proponent of the 555 foam mod as it does NOT magically turn them into 595s...close but not that close!) BUT cost a bit more than the hD595s can be found for. Better option than horrible 350s but Id still go with a pair of 555 or 595 and clip on mic.
