 Video card and sound card in pci-e
Hi there, I am not sure this is the best forum to post this question, but I think it should be appropriate.
I've recently built a new computer, with the ASUS P7P55D-E as my motherboard. It has two pci slots, and I have it filled with a sound card and a wireless network card. There is not enough clearance between the pci slot which holds the network card and the pci-e slot where the 5850 goes, though, and so it blocks parts of the fan on the video card. I was wondering whether a pci-e sound card (or NIC) would have an impact in the performance of the video card. I hope it is clear what I'm trying to ask...
