I'd get whichever "fits" the best and has decent sound. IMO, comfort is key when gaming and it doesn't have to be the ultra expensive kind. I had an HD595 once and although it had a much better sound quality vs my el-cheapo Sony headphones, I found the Sony headphone to be "superior" because they fitted to my head better and thus allowing extended gaming runs.

That being said, I hear good things about the Carcharias.
