If you're looking for cheap, then I suppose the Ultra Kaze's are worth looking at, but they're definitely inferior to both Panaflo and Delta's 38mm fans. Personally, I'd just stick to the Zalman fans, especially if you're using two triple rads. Very, very little that that combo can't handle with ease.
