Normally, I just installed it and ran it. I noticed both MonsterSound and Zero have 58** series cards, what do you have thorn? Maybe the game doesn't like those cards or maybe it could be the drivers you're using. All I know is with my 4870x2 on 10.5 drivers, I can play fine.
