Well cross-flashing to the Rampage Formula 1002 BIOS fixed it
Threw up some CDM in the first post.

Perhaps better from a fail-safe standpoint, but for performance I'd say no. Although the 7200.12 and F3 are pretty close, they battle eachother out depending on the benchmark.
