i got the eVGA Video Card 768-P3-1360-TR NVIDIA GeForce GTX460 DDR5 768MB PCI-Express 2.0 Mini-HDMI/Dual DVI-I for $180 but the MSI one is only $160 AR.

A better CPU heatsink is necessary if you plan on overclocking. If not, then stock will be fine. You'll just have to decide what you want to do.

The MSI card has a better heatsink and is cheaper, so yes, I would say it's a much better deal than the EVGA card.

It has to be the same model of GPU. You can run two 768MB GTX 460 cards in SLI together if they are from different brands, but you can't run a 1GB card in SLI with a 768MB card.

That memory is good.
