Personally, at this price point, I think I'd be more inclined to look at the 5770 if gaming was my priority, especially if a person is looking at an AMD chipset (crossfire option), but as folding is my priority, this card wins hands down in this price point.

edit: Other than folding, I think the real story here is that Nvidia has finally moved on from the rebranded 8800/9800/250 line of GPUs.
