There is nothing wrong w/ Swiftech radiators besides having rather ugly and paint that doesn't hold all that well. Performance per $ they blow everything else away. Secondly you can definitely fit 3/8ID 5/8OD tubing over 1/2 barbs. All you need is heat up the tubing in a bowl of hot water in a microwave for a minute. It will easily slid over the barb. I also don't see the need for such a monstrous reservoir. Increasing the size doesn't affect performance at all.
