Honestly, aside from the tubing/pump incompatibility, nothing wrong with that list at all. Either switch to 1/2" tubing (cheaper option, but could be harder to route), or get an aftermarket top that will take standard 3/8" fittings (more expensive, but more flexible, and mild pump performance boost).

You're sure you have room for that reservoir? 400mm is a pretty big reservoir to fit somewhere, so make sure you double-check.

And incidentally, I've got a dual-Swiftech with push-pull 800rpm fans cooling a 4.0GHz i7 920 and a GTX280 that says the Swiftech rads work just fine. But on a related note, what kind of fans are you using? That can actually have a larger influence on your system's cooling abilities than the radiator itself.
