set to dl an iso, roughly 700 megs. less than 8 minutes later it was done. my line maxes out around 400 k/s so unless im miscalculating again somethings wrong.checked the file, its there.
when i was on cable some smartie pants let it loose and i was getting a meg something per sec. but this beats it by the size/time elapsed. old hardware modem wise over an even older phone line.

was thinking to put it in networking but its a tad offtopic.
