Hi I'm building a new rig

e2180 (wanting to oc to 3ghz)
8600gts (also wanting to oc a bit)
2gb ddr800
1 sata 160gb drive
1 dvd burner

case comes with this psu

Ultra Products - LS (Lifetime Series) 350-Watt ATX Power Supply

is it just me or is this power supply not good enough? thanks, Braden
