I have an Asus P5Q SE Plus motherboard.

I am looking at these 3 GTX 260/265 cards. Let me know your opinions please.

1) Canada Computers - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 768MB (768-P3-1360-TR) nVidia GeForce GTX 460 Chipset (675Mhz) 768MB (3600Mhz) GDDR5 Dual Dual-Link DVI/Mini HDMI PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card

2) Canada Computers - EVGA GeForce GTX 460 Superclocked 768MB (768-P3-1362-AR) nVidia GeForce GTX 460 Chipset (763Mhz) 768MB (3800Mhz) GDDR5 Dual Dual-Link DVI/Mini HDMI PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card

3) Canada Computers - Palit GeForce GTX 465 1024MB (NE5TX465F1002) nVidia GeForce GTX 465 Chipset (607Mhz) 1024MB (3206Mhz) GDDR5 Dual Dual-Link DVI PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card

The 2nd card is only 20 bucks more, so I think it is probably the better buy at $239. However, the last card is a full 1 gb card(as opposed to the first 2) and as a 465GTX for only 20 buck more the the 460 GTX OC 768mb card. If I overclock the 2nd card, will it perform as close to the 465gtx card?

Thanks for any advice you can send my way.
