Your choice of components is quite good. I would add another vote for the EVGA 460, WD 1 tb black, and the modular HX 750 from Corsair. I own the Asus board and love it. Lastly, I would consider adding an SSD for your OS and as I never saw which OS you'll be using would recommend Win 7 64 bit.
