UPDATE:
I was able to disable the key by going into power saving settings and changing what the sleep button does to nothing.. and i hit the sleep button on the new keyboard several times to check if it did anything and it doesnt.
BUT I STILL WANT TO KNOW WHY MY vCORE VOLTAGE GOES SO HIGH WHEN WAKING UP FROM SLEEP!!!! IS THIS COMMON?!?!?!
