80C is not too high, and Real Temp is giving you the correct numbers. The limit for your CPU is technically 100C. However, that limit only means that the CPU will start to throttle itself. The actual maximum safe temperature is above that, and the CPU will shut down before there is any risk of damage so it's really not something you need to worry about.

Thermaltake 212 Plus? There's no such thing. Do you mean Coolermaster? Anyway, your temps do look high, especially for the voltage you're using. I recommend you remount your heatsink while following this method to apply thermal paste:
