My System Specs

Default

go to Start > Programs > accessories: RIGHT click on command prompt > Choose "Run as administrator"

in the CMD, type: "powercfg -h off"

This will disable hibernation AND delete the hiberfil.sys whereas if you just disabled hibernation with the power options in the control panel, the hiberfil.sys would remain.

To set Page file size:

right click "my computer" choose: system properties > choose the advanced tab > under performance click settings > Click the advanced tab > under virtual memory click change

You will see the "currently allocated" page file size at the bottom.

Uncheck "automatically manage paging file size for all drives" > select radio button "Custom Size" > Set the initial and maximum size to what you want.
