Apple changed the rules on iPhone/iPad developers after the fact, by banning apps not weren't made using Apple's development software. If they came out right away and said 'you must use our dev tools' that is one thing, but changing the rules after the fact is pulling the rug out from underneath developers. |
Well that is called a legal contract. If the developers in question dislike or disagree with
all the terms of the contract they just have to
not sign it.
They can't change the rule, that clause
was in the contract. Again, that falls in the "not well informed" category.
